Troy and his team were amazing! They were affordable, professional and explained everything each step of the way! I will always recommend them for anything they list as services provided. They are very upstanding, honorable and there integrity the entire team morally possess is unmatched. It's not everyday you come across a stellar business such as this one that believes in helping people where it's needed. Always be worth a 5 star rating!

I cannot say enough good about this company. Troy was the first person we called late at night when we had a pipe burst inside of our home and he treated us like family from that first call to the last upon completion of the job. Troy and his crew also helped us with a mold problem and did a great job with some tile installation. Troy was able to coach us through the steps and ensure we were treated the way we should be with every contractor etc. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know. So nice to have this level of customer care when you are going through a stressful time. You're the man Troy.

We can't say enough about this amazing restoration company. Chad and Troy and their hard working team, did such a great job getting our kitchen repaired due to a dishwasher leak. They followed through and made sure the end result met our expectations. They went above and beyond with their communication with us. They were always punctual and kept us informed about the length of time we could expect for completion. We really appreciated their hard work and would definitely recommend this A+ company.

We had the unfortunate experience of having our new construction shower pan fail... The contractor came back and repaired it, and within the month...it failed AGAIN! That is when we called Troy! It was late at night and I was a little more than frustrated! He came right over and started the drying process. He took control of dealing with the insurance reporting and coordination and before I knew it I had a fully repaired working and better than new beautiful bathroom! I have used their tile guys for two other projects since then! They are clean, respectable and trustworthy people that I felt comfortable having in my home! You won't be disappointed...you will be happy with the quality of work they do and that they are your guys on the job!

After having a moisture issue in our basement and finding out it was not covered under insurance, Protec Restoration came HIGHLY recommended by our insurance agent. After the initial call, Troy got us scheduled for an appointment the next day, was on time and very professional. He gave us a bid on the spot which was very honest and well priced. The project cost ended up going over due to more mold, but he kept his word and stuck with the initial bid. His crew was super friendly, professional and did an amazing restoration job. After having a flood and water damage to my house I didn't know who to call that you could trust to do the job the right way. My insurance agent recommended Pro-Tec and I'm so glad she did. Troy and Chad were great to work with on every step of the cleanup/restoration process. They were there right away after the accident to get things going and were always transparent throughout the process. The contractors they provided for the restoration/remodeling part were just as great and I couldn't be any happier with the job that was done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pro-Tec again or recommend them to anyone for any cleanup/restoration projects. They truly care about the customer and go well above and beyond what most companies would. I can't thank them enough for the fantastic job they did!

Unfortunately, I have had to deal with water damage before in the the past (with another company) but at least it gave me a comparison for working with Troy and Chad. Protec is truly unparalleled when it comes to service and quality. Their team bent over backwards to accommodate every need we had, maintaining a sense of urgency that relieved so much of the stress of the disaster we dealt with. Communication was seamless and polite - but more importantly it was transparent. I couldn't give a better review for these guys. Definitely recommend!

Protec Restoration was recommended to us by our insurance agent following a major flood in our kitchen. We had never had any experience with a water clean up & restoration before. We were very impressed with Protec. Troy and his team did an amazing job! They showed up on time and made sure the work area was secure to protect our pets and us.They did an awesome job with clean up. All the members were friendly and knowledgable. 10/10 recommend working with Protec Restoration. My kitchen flooded and damaged my hardwood floors and the tile in my guest bathroom. After much research of local contractors, I carefully selected Protec to oversee the repairs in my home. Although this was a terrible situation, Protech made the experience easy and seamless. Troy truly cares about the work going into your home and goes above and beyond to ensure things are handled with the highest quality of work.

I just want to say THANK YOU! After calling a different & much larger company with a big ad in the phone book and they dropped the ball, lied, and took advantage of me in a time when I needed help, my insurance agent ended up recommending Pro-tec Restoration for my water damage cleanup work. Had a flooded basement just a few weeks ago. My insurance agent saved me by recommending Protec Restoration! They were beyond pleasant to work with, and super quick to take care of me.
